Harvest Fairvale

Harvest Fairvale is a volunteer community gleaning project in Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Folsom & Granite Bay. We harvest and donate the excess fruit to our partnering food assistance agencies and community.
Our mission is to create a supportive volunteer community that is stoked to glean, grow and distribute delicious & nutritious fruits and vegetables for our local community.
 
Harvest Fairvale, previously Harvest Orangevale, is our area's connection between excess locally grown fruit, local food closets and the community. We harvest fruit for those who are unable, do not have the right equipment, or for those who have too much fruit to handle. Once we harvest and sort the fruit, it goes to our local food closets for distribution. In 2013 we are pushing for our community
